Unfortunately, there are plan managers out there who take WEEKS to process invoices…

This is incredibly irresponsible of plan managers and can lead to:

• The participant being out of pocket for an NDIS service

• The service provider hassling the participant for their invoice to be paid…

• The service provider being unwilling to work with the participant again…

Sometimes, when you’re with a plan manager who treats you like a number, who doesn’t understand your unique needs, who doesn’t know your story – your invoices can just get lost in their system… 

Especially for those larger plan managers out there as it can be difficult to keep track of all their clients.
